Basic Mediation Training: Pepperdine Completion Program
Thank you for taking the mediation theory and practice course. If you attended every class and/or made up any absences as approved by the professor, completion of the below training course will represent your completion of the CA DRPA training component.
Please note that to become a fully certified mediator you will have to mediate a dispute that is observed and evaluated by a professional.
The following represent a few organizations that qualify to oversee your work in becoming a DRPA-certified mediator:
- Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center
(213) 250-8190 - California Conference for Equality and Justice
(562) 435-8184 - Centinela Youth Services
(310) 970-7702 - Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney
(213) 978-1880
Pepperdine currently has an externship relationship established with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and you may be able to receive credit for participation.
